As soon as my... read more insurance contacted All Wheels to let them know my car would be dropped off soon, Ron called me, expressed his sympathy for my previous experience, and explained with complete transparency what steps would be made to ensure I would be taken care of. Ron and his team finished the work quicker than initially expected, and I was able to pick up my car and get going in no time! Additionally, several days after picking up my car, I found a trunk full of scrap metal/plastic that the previous mechanic had dumped there (I guess to make me angry for trying to do business with him). I called Ron to ask what I should do with the spare parts - he told me to swing by his shop and he would take care of it.
